Delivery time refers to the time it takes for goods to be transported from our fulfillment center to the delivery address.

  • Holiday Impact: Around major US holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas), warehouses are prone to overload, resulting in delivery delays of 3-7 days.
  • Weather Impact: Extreme weather such as blizzards and hurricanes can cause transportation disruptions, affecting delivery times.
  • Product Type Impact: Large, overweight items, or items requiring special customs clearance (such as cosmetics and electronics) will have longer delivery times.

Fee Details

  • Free Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): Applicable when the order amount is $75.00 and above.
  • Standard Delivery (7-15 business days): Cost is $10.00.
  • Expedited Delivery (3-7 business days): Cost is $20.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a valid tracking number (effective within 24 hours). You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment through the designated courier platform.

Handling Damaged Goods

ladies-street.net is not liable for damage or loss of goods during transportation. If you receive damaged goods, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

Important: Retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required for the claim verification process.
